Tackling Health inequalities: Closing the gap in practice

We would like to invite you to attend our Free Tackling Health Inequalities all day conference, on Wednesday, 29 November 2023 at Anglia Ruskin University, Medical School.

The conference is a collaboration between the Royal College of General Practitioners – Essex Faculty (RCGP) and Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (MSEICS). It will provide attendees the unique opportunity to gain insight and narrow the gap in health and care outcomes for our residents.
