Fairness and Equality Challenge Panel

Another meeting of the Panel took place in June.

Thurrock BME joined the new  Thurrock Police Chief Inspector Mark Barber, Mayoral candidate Rev Nims Obunge and other residents to continue their discussion around policing of the minority ethnic residents of Thurrock.

It has subsequently commissioned a new start and stop task and finish group, which will focus specifically on this issue.  Please contact admin@thurrockbme.org if you have any comments.
